Any public agency that is a Sourcewell member can purchase through this contract. That includes cities, counties, school districts, higher education, public safety agencies, utilities, and qualifying nonprofits. If your organization isn’t a member yet, joining Sourcewell is free and only takes a few minutes.
In most cases, no. Sourcewell has already completed a competitive solicitation and awarded this contract on your behalf. Many agencies can piggyback on the Sourcewell contract to satisfy their local procurement rules. Your purchasing or legal team should confirm how Sourcewell contracts fit within your specific policies.
Pricing is based on pre-negotiated discounts and terms established in the Sourcewell award. When you request a quote from us, we’ll price your configuration using the contract structure and clearly reference the Sourcewell contract number on your quote so it’s easy to share with purchasing and leadership.
You’ll: 1. Browse eligible vehicles and configurations on this site. 2. Submit a request for quote (RFQ) with your selected specs. 3. Receive a formal Sourcewell quote package from our team. 4. Route that quote through your internal approval process. 5. Issue a PO referencing the Sourcewell contract. From there, we place the order, manage upfit as needed, and you can track status through to final delivery.
